8. Remove 2 set of shear bolts, gaskets and nuts from the

auger (Fig. 36).

9. Remove the auger bearings on both ends then remove the

2 auger blades from the auger shaft (Fig. 37).

10. Install the replacement auger blades by following the

above steps in reverse order.

Replacing Impeller

1. To uninstall the impeller, repeat steps 1 to 7 (Figs. 29 – 35).

2. Disassemble the worn impeller from the impeller shaft by

removing the 2 spring pins (Fig. 38).

3. Install the replacement impeller by following the above

steps in reverse order.

Replacing Auger Belt

1. Open the battery compartment cover and remove the 2

screws inside the compartment (Fig. 38).

2. Disassemble the motor cover by removing the 4 screws

and washers (2 on each side) and open the motor cover

(Figs. 39 & 40).

3. Remove the M6 bolt and sprocket cover from sprocket 1

then remove the auger belt from pulley 1 (Fig. 41).
